Guadalupe Hern·ndez is a Private Investigator in the State of Texas and is active with ACTA INVESTIGATIONS. ACTA serves a client base which includes, but not limited to, Major League Baseball, The Recording Industry of America, over 100 Fortune 500 Companies, numerous insurance companies, law firms and several other companies and individuals. ACTA specializes in civil and criminal investigations involving worker’s compensation claims, personal injury, divorce, background investigations, due diligence, internal narcotics, internal theft of proprietary information, copyright infringement, counterfeit products and asset locations for attorneys, corporations, RTC, FDIC and security consultants.

Guadalupe Hern·ndez served in the United States Marine Corps for over 6 years and achieved the rank of Staff Sergeant prior to her end of contract Honorable Discharge. Guadalupe held many leadership positions as a member of the elite force of Marines better known as The Marine Corps Security Guard, which ensures the overall safety to all Marine Corps Barracks Units, U.S. Embassies, U.S. Consulates, Air Force One, Ambassadors, Dignitaries (both foreign and domestic), Secret, Top Secret and Confidential materials and has extensive training and hands on experience in hostile situations. Guadalupe was entrusted with the security of the above mentioned throughout the world in places such as Lagos, Nigeria, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and other Military bases. In addition, Guadalupe’s loyalty, dedication and selfless devotion to her country, fellow Marines, and to all work duties granted her several meritorious promotions, meritorious masts, Letters of Accommodations, Certificates of Commendations, Department of the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal and numerous other personal rewards and recognitions.

Guadalupe Hern·ndez attended The University of Houston-Downtown and Graduated a from a four year course of study in only two years. Furthermore, Guadalupe accomplished this as a mother of a newly born child, wife, working for the Dean of University College, an active member of Alpha Phi Sigma Criminal Justice Honor Society, and graduated with Academic Honors.

Guadalupe Hern·ndez was also active within her community and assisted various local non-profit charities in support of providing housing, food rations and other necessities to the survivors (she herself was amongst the Survivors) of Hurricane Katrina, Hurricane Rita and Hurricane Ike. Presently, Guadalupe is an active volunteer coach for the Missouri City Little League and an active volunteer coach/manager for The Fun, Fair, Positive Soccer League of the Greater Houston Area.

Provided overall security for all U.S. and foreign ambassadors, delegates, civilians, personal and all other highly ranking officials aboard U.S. Embassies abroad.
Handled and supervised the safekeeping of highly confidential material for foreign and domestic agencies.
